The power test of electric heating tubes can be carried out by following these steps:

2. Connect the electric heating pipe to the power supply: According to the rated voltage and current of the electric heating pipe, connect the electric heating pipe correctly to the power supply. Make sure the connection is secure to prevent current leakage or overheating of the electric heating pipe.
3. Set the thermostatic water bath or heating container: Add an appropriate amount of water to the thermostatic water bath or heating container and set the desired heating temperature.
4. Start heating: turn on the power and start the electric heating tube to start heating. At the same time, turn on the timer or stopwatch to keep the time.
5. Measure temperature: When the timer or stopwatch reaches a certain time (such as 10 minutes, 20 minutes, etc.), turn off the power and measure the actual temperature in the constant temperature water bath or heating container.
6. Calculate heating efficiency: Through the known heating time and temperature difference, the heating efficiency of the electric heating tube can be calculated. The heating efficiency can be calculated using the following formula:
Heating efficiency = (actual temperature - initial temperature) / (heating time × supply voltage) × 100%
Note: When calculating heating efficiency, the supply voltage should be replaced with the voltage actually used.
7. Repeat the test: In order to obtain more accurate results, you can repeat the above steps many times and take the average as the final result.
